In the modern world, we get further away from having our food or medicine handed to us directly. Instead, the product we want to consume rolls through many hands until it reaches us.
However, in our case, we aim to hand you our premium oil almost directly.
Since one person cannot do it all, in any field in life, we chose to make our own venture, where we gathered people alike, who pay respect towards nature and understand it, and of course, grow olive trees and produce their olive oil. We are all placed in different locations in Crete, some in the mountains, while others are along the coast of the island. As a part of the authenticity and transparency values we hold, we welcome all of our customers to come and visit us in Crete, and meet the people who grow the olives.
The process of planting the trees, all the way until the oil is bottled, is primarily done by us. This way, we can assure you confidently in the quality and source of out oil. We love and respect nature, and you can find in our company, Oliva Physis, more natural products from our fields that come from the heart of Cretan nature.
